Villgro, formerly Rural Innovations Network, is focused on innovations with social impact on low-income markets (the “base of the pyramid”) in India. We are committed to enabling such innovation reach rural markets and work towards achieving this is through our technology and business incubation program, L-RAMP as well as a dedicated village-level retain chain for innovative products.

Through our work over the last nine years we have recognized the need to create and share research outputs based on our acquired knowledge, thus leading to the creation of our Knowledge Management Program. The program currently works in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology – Madras, both on the the L-RAMP program, and to offer a suite of courses on social entrepreneurship and innovation to students and professionals.
