Villgro recognizes the challenges faced by Academic & Grass root Inventors to take their inventions to the market.

To help Inventors partner with Entrepreneurs / Industry, Villgro has created a partnership platform INNOHUB to bring together Inventors & Entrepreneurs for business partnerships which was launched in 2009.

We recognize that several issues such as sharing of techno commercial information in crisp format, pitching to the right Entrepreneurs, valuation and deal closing have to be addressed for successful Technology Transfer / Licensing.

Villgro along with assistance from Skyquest Consulting has designed a hands-on Workshop to help Inventors for Technology Transfer / Licensing deal making to be conducted on a quarterly basis.



The Workshop details are as follows: -



1.       Target Audience: Academic & Grass Root Inventors

2.       Stage: Prototype to Marketing with intention to license out technology

3.       Technology focus: AGRICULTURE (including Diary & Animal Husbandry), ENERGY & WATER targeted at Rural Markets

·         Perspective on valuation methodologies to be followed for your technology

·         Profiling prospective Entrepreneurs / Industry for your invention / technology

·         Devising a strategy to reach out to Entrepreneurs

·         Mock preparation on negotiation & deal closing with Entrepreneurs

·         Understanding different types of documentation to be entered at various stages of deal making

·         Adding value to deal & post deal monitoring
