Screening : Once you have applied, a member from our scouting team will review your application. They may contact you for clarifications, based on which they will present your case to the screening committee, which meets every week. The screening committee decides if the application meets Villgro's criteria. The screening committee decides if the application progresses to the next level or not. 

Due-Diligence : Post screening, having ascertained that the basic criteria have been met, your application enters the due-diligence phase. The application is assigned to the incubation team who will contact you for a detailed study of your enterprise, the industry you operate in and the type of incubation support you may require.

The Incubation committee decides if your application can be presented to the investment committee, that meets once every quarter.

Investment committee: The investment committee is an external body comprising of experts and it takes the final decision on an enterprise's eligibility for incubation at Villgro. If your application has been approved by the incubation committee to be presented to the Investment committee you will be intimated and will be invited to make a presentation regarding your enterprise and your business plan. Prior to making the presentation you would be assisted in preparing an incubation plan detailing the service offerings to be provided by Villgro to you and your financial utilization plan.

The investment committee meets four times a year, once every quarter. If the investment committee approves your application for incubation you will be formally inducted into Villgro incubation.
