Villgro takes no responsibility for transmission, storage or other errors which might occur when submitting the proposal online. The Participant agrees to unconditionally indemnify Villgro for all direct and indirect losses arising from any third party infringement claims.

In no event shall Villgro, be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or participate in the competition, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
